Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Service Coordinator for our client in the Atlanta area! The Service Coordinator is a hands-on, on-site role responsible for managing a high-volume service environment while coordinating daily activities for three field service technicians. This position serves as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and internal operating units, ensuring efficient scheduling, issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, thrives in fast-paced settings, and is comfortable working 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage a high volume of service requests, work orders, and customer communications daily
- Directly support and manage the workflow, scheduling, and performance of three service technicians
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, operating units, and field technicians
- Dispatch service technicians efficiently and adjust schedules in real time based on priority, availability, and service level requirements
- Utilize service management systems, CRM platforms, and scheduling tools to monitor job progress and technician productivity
- Open, update, and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Investigate and resolve service issues by:
- Clarifying customer concerns
- Identifying root causes
- Coordinating corrective actions with technicians and operating units
- Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
- Process customer adjustments and maintain accurate service and financial records
- Analyze service data, customer feedback, and technician activity to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
- Prepare service, productivity, and performance reports using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Maintain professionalism and integrity while managing high-pressure situations and competing priorities
- Proactively anticipate operating unit needs and provide consultative, solution-oriented support
- Contribute to team goals and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Prior customer service experience in a call center or high-volume service environment
- Demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting field service technicians or operational teams
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and service/CRM platforms
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Proven problem-solving ability and confidence managing difficult or escalated customer situations
- Strong documentation skills with a high level of accuracy
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with service dispatching, work order management, or technician scheduling systems such as ServiceNow, ServiceTitan, and Navision.
- Experience analyzing service metrics, productivity data, or customer trends
- 3+ years of experience as a service coordinator or service dispatcher
- Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to work full time onsite in Atlanta, GA.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
